The Levantine Vegetarian: Recipes from the Middle East

Before ordering the book I was disappointed that it didn't come in an e-book version. However, I'm so glad that it didn't. The photos are beautiful. The recipes, well, I can't believe that they are all vegetarian. Heaven pure heaven. Just have to buy a couple of spices and I'll be in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely book it even had a couple of recipes that my fussy teen liked ,so there's a plus.Looing forward to trying more. So hopefully expanding their palate.

This food is hearty and tasty. The ingredients are easy to find here in Australia. There is an excellent range of starters, side dishes, mains and desserts. The recipes are heavy on carbs such as lentils, rice, burghul and cous cous.

you don't have to be vegetarian to buy this book. The recipes are mouthwatering for everybody. Beautiful pictures and such a large variety of recipes. I have the Lebanese cook book as well and this book is fitting perfectly with it. not one of the same recipes all new and tasteful.

I enjoy mine so much I have already sent another as a gift.
