I love this book shelf for many reasons! It’s fun for baby to spin, easy for my to spin around and grab different books while sitting in the rocking chair with baby, perfect height for setting things on top. Baby loves to pull the books out and spin it around. It was very easy to build. It holds a lot of books. The wood is a glossy wood so definitely can’t paint over it which I was wondering when I first ordered it. It comes with a round lace cover for the top of it but I didn’t use it. There are screw tops coming out the top but it’s not a big deal. I don’t even notice them with all the things I normally put on it. It makes for a good prop to put my phone on if I watch something while feeding baby actually !

Great product, very durable and easy to put together! Didn’t give 5 stars due to the edges being unfinished. I wish the edges had been finished like the rest of the shelf. Otherwise its great!

I love this little bookcase and wish I could put one in every room. The natural wood finish is very appealing to me and goes well with anything. It provides plenty of accessible storage (I'm using mine for sketchbooks) and is quite sturdy. I also found it fun to assemble. Highly recommended!

The product pictures don’t show exposed top, and due to 4.5 star review, I didn’t even bother to read the reviews. At first I thought either I assembled it wrong or it’s missing the top piece. What do I do with exposed hardware and raw wood peaking on top surface. It is a dollar store product, not $55+$15 delivery.

The book shelves are good design. It’s rotatable. Good fit in my daughter’s room. It’s straightforward to assemble. It holds about 10 books in each shelves.

Let me first say that I really like this book shelf so much. It’s beyond sturdy, very easy to assemble, and does a great job holding the books and spinning around. The challenge is that it’s listed as “made of Thickened Pine Wood. The surface is smooth, does not hurt your hands, is easy to clean. It maintains its natural color. ” If you look at the images I included, this bookshelf comes with gloves and sandpaper. None of the wood is finished, and none of the edges are even broken. They’re sharp and splintered! The key that comes to help assemble is fantastic, and everything is predrilled, making it very fast to put together. But the sanding and finishing required to make it look nice are not what I expected. The top is also quite ugly. I removed the legs and placed the unit under a desk, so it matters not in my current setup, but I’d be disappointed if the top had to be visible. So, this is an excellent DIY kit. It is not, however, a well-executed flat-pack assembly-required piece of furniture.
