Seemed to help my 10yr old German shepherd! She was almost like her old self granted it was brief , for she is working on her diet but brought back so many great memories!! Quality is top notch! Plus the spoon included that's used as a serving is small so it goes a long way and it only takes a few spoons!!

I have an old dog that's 15 who has stiff joints, so has been on a supplement with glucosamine in liver powder. When my younger dog got what appears to be ligament and meniscus damage in a leg, I had her on it and it seemed to work okay. But she would still limp a bit when she jumped too much or ran too far. When I saw that mussel powder specifically mentions ligaments I got this for her and used it for a few days. And it worked wonders. She stopped limping completely even after long runs and can catch a frisbee again. However, she got itchy a couple days after starting the supplement, and I did not realize it could have been from the mussel powder. She was itching as bad as when she eats chicken. After 6 days, she also started throwing up and did so about 10 times over 18 hours. I finally realized it was the mussels, and I have one of the very rare dogs who has a shellfish allergy. So, she's off the mussel powder (symptoms stopped immediately), but I am still using it for old dog, who also seems to greatly benefit from it.

This is a great product. If you have a dog, especially a large dog should not wait till they get old or start giving this to them when they are young and it will prevent a lot. Lot of ligament muscle and tendon problems as they age. The seller have a good price and delivered quickly.

Our 10 year old Labrador has had TPLO surgery, and we strive to do what we can to support his joint and muscle health. Green Lipped Mussel is known to reduce joint pain and inflammation in arthritic dogs. We also give him Dasuquin and Turmeric.

I pair this with Cosequin for my XL dog and my other two get this as well . Great for inflammation and joint support. Cost effective for multiple dogs.

I have seen improvement in mypup since using the product. The smell is minimal compared to other green mussel powders. My pup does not seem to mind the taste as I sprinkle on her food and she eats without a problem. urchased other green mussel that was VERY expensive and this product worked just a s well and did not stink compared to the other I tried.

This supplement is priced very fairly, and it produced results amazingly fast for our older mixed breed girl. I am SUPER impressed by it. One marker for how well my dog daughter, Jemma, is feeling is whether or not she jumps from couch to couch (see video) in our living room when she’s playing. She did this *constantly* in her younger years, but she’s eight years old now and last year she stopped doing it completely. It was sad to see my beloved dog get all these grey hairs and begin to succumb to all the mobility difficulties of having older joints, and just an older body. But I could see that the puppy-ness was still inside of her and she didn’t WANT to slow down. So I made it my mission to help her. Since January I’ve made a few changes to try to get my Jem feeling like her old self. She gets about 1/2 raw food and 1/2 kibble, and a probiotic. But I could tell she was still in some pain or discomfort. We received our Special Breed Green Lipped Mussel powder on May 10th and today is only May 18th! Yesterday was the first day Jemma was back to jumping across from couch to couch AND doing zoomies out in our yard! I now give her one scoop with dinner and that’s it. It has helped her a LOT. She does zoomies every day at the park! It seems like she just keeps getting in better shape so, I am thrilled with this product.
