I workout a lot and do a lot of jogging so my knees occasionally ache. I have been using this for when I experience pain and to my surprise, it helps with tension and pain relief. Although this device is quite bulky it is pretty lightweight. The design looks pretty cool kind of like a transformer part :) I did wish it was easier to strap on as I am quite lazy, but all in all the heat and massage is perfect and definitely works well!

This knee massager has proven to be an excellent addition in addressing my knee muscle discomfort resulting from my intensive running regimen. Over the summer, I pushed my running limits to new heights, perhaps more than I should have, as I now experience pain on alternate days, particularly when the weather turns rainy. What makes this knee massager truly outstanding is its ease of application and its snug fit around my knee cap. The power cord is conveniently positioned near my waist area, and the four clearly labeled buttons make its operation straightforward. The four airbags situated at the corners provide gentle yet effective exercise, accompanied by soothing heat. I typically use it for a 20-minute session, allowing my leg to recuperate without any undue stress. I've repeated this process around 14 times over the past week, and it has significantly contributed to my recovery. This massager offers the perfect balance of relief without exerting excessive pressure and is certainly worth considering. One thing I wish they made adjustment is the power cord should be toward the foot for easier access and maneuver.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure if the issue was my leg was too meaty or was it just the functionality of the unit itself. It massaged and heated everything but my knee. I literally had to tighten the straps and bend my knee to feel anything in that specific area. The massager was very easy to use and light weight though. What I didn't like was being tethered to an outlet. That process made it inconvenient and I couldn't get comfortable .

I ordered this for my husband who has occasional knee pain. He tried this after a long, nonstop day.The massager has to be plugged in to work. The good thing about it is it forces you to sit and relax and actually enjoy the massage. On the other hand you are confined to the one space.The massager has three automatic modes that takes you through all 3 elements of heat, air, and vibration. You can also set these elements to work independently. The massager defaults at 15 minute intervals and suggests you wait 15 mins between intervals.It is a decent message, the warmth and vibration is not only relaxing but is soothing.The device can be used on knees, shoulders, and elbows. It goes on easily with 2 straps. It comes with an additional longer strap if needed.Over we’re pleased he has a targeted massager for specific areas.

My knees are prone to sometimes giving me issues, maybe a bout about twice a year. I haven't tested this during those times to see if it will relieve my issues or not, but I think it could help. It's a big bulky and you are plugged in, so not as convenient as you might hope. Works like many foot massagers with the pressure and heat that thankfully is adjustable as I don't like anything too intense.

This is a really versatile massager. It’s advertised as a knee massager and it works great on my knee. I love the compression heat and vibration features. It also works well for my calves, arms and shoulder. I’m a fan of compression massage, and this one checks every box for me. It works well if my knee is bent or if it’s extended straight. The set up is super easy. There is an unboxing video on the Amazon site, I just take it out of the box. Use the strap to attach it to your knee. Turn the power on and adjust the setting directly on the massager.
