I’m really enjoying this AXV vibration platform and I have noticed my legs are not as swollen. I told my doctor and she wants me to keep using it at least15 minutes a day. Both my legs were swollen and with this I can exercise them both at the same time. It is very easy to work and with the remote I don’t have to get down on the floor to activate it. I wish I had known about it sooner.

Loved this purchase the only downfall is if you aren't wearing shoes those little pebbles or whatever you call that on top hurts a lot

The shake machine is easy to use. Great for somebody who has young children and doesn’t have time to go to the gym. It has adjustable settings to increase both the intensity and length of the workout. It comes with a guide for some added exercises that help increase the intensity and effectiveness of the machine overall. I was also very surprised at some of the pain relief it provided in my lower back.
