RPM Training Session4 Speed Rope

I was initially pretty disappointed in the quality of the coating on the cable of this rope. I only used it a couple of times and the plastic coating began peeling off. I contacted customer service past the return window and they still replaced the cable at no charge. I figured my first cable had to be a lemon because I have several friends with this rope and theirs have help up well. RPM won me over.As for the rope itself, it's not the easiest to start with and takes some getting used to on double unders but the handles and bearings are exceptionally smooth. Once you get the hang of this rope, you can fly.

Bought this to use at my CrossFit gym. It has helped me tremendously with my double unders! Love it.

I've heard a lot of great things about this jump rope and decided to take the plunge. Just received it, sized it and tried it out. It is a great, smooth moving jump rope. Had one small issue which I emailed RPM about and received a very quick response. Great company and great product.

Definitely helped me with my Double Unders. Keep in mind that you can adjust with a tiny hexagon tool.

Just buy it. It’s expensive yes, but I thought I was just terrible at double understand until I got this! Now boom I am not tooTerrible!!!

Hurts to whip yourself. Spins very fast.

Yeah it’s fast and better bearings or whatever. It’s not that much better than maybe one that’s $20. Just imo !

So far so good and happy with my speed rope

I went from the $8 Amazon branded jump rope to this and wow the difference is astronomical. These rope feel effortless to jump with and the performance in speed and not getting caught on your feet is so vast. If you are serious about jump rope and want some quality rope this is well worth the price.
