I got this on a suggestion of my chiropractor and she was right on the money with this pillow. It is easy to use and sleep on. I haven't had any issues sleeping on either side or on my back.

Great Pillow to support head and neck at several levels. Fits in king size pillow case. Works well with CPAP nasal mask. Works great for side sleepers.

I ordered the king size and although the box said it was king as well, it was most definitely Standard. I assumed king meant it was the size of king sized pillows.Secondly, this pillow did not work for me. It was too high and too hard. I didn’t sleep well after several nights trying it and I had some neck pain and slight headache in the morning.

My neck goes out almost weekly, this pillow helps keep my head and neck supported so that I can actually get some relief and sleep through the night. Highly recommend if you have neck problems like I do. I am primarily a side sleeper when my neck is good, this keeps me on my back and my neck and head aligned when my neck is out.

I own the regular size Cervical Pillow, but my bed and other pillows are King Size. So I spent the extra money on what is advertised as a "King-Size" Cervical Pillow, so as to match my existing bed and pillows.It arrived and I was truly disappointed in what DONAMA advertises and charges extra for is actually a standard size with just about two inches difference in actual width. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE EXTRA SIZE. IT is NOT a KING Size Pillow.

I don't have neck or back pain, but just wanted a pillow that would give my head and neck stability instead of sliding around on my pillow and having to adjust it 2-3 times during the night. Well, this pillow met the mark! Originally ordered a queen size but returned for a king size (much better as I am used to a king-sized pillow). Only downside I noticed was that when I turn, my neck, face gets a little warm (however, that could be me due to mild night sweats). With that being said, I can't say it's truly breathable - it may be more so for others. Bottom line, it works for the reason I bought it, it's comfortable and I am glad I bought it!

I really like the way my neck feels in the morning. This pillow keeps you in position without discomfort. Whether you're sleeping on your back or side, it works perfectly. Another excellent thing is that it stays cool all night. If you place your arms overhead around the pillow, it's really cool and comfy.
