"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from amazon /zebronix. The product stopped working properly within 10 days, specifically with a power issue with the woofer. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service providers, I've been met with complete silence.This has been a terrible experience, and I'm questioning the quality of the product and the company's after-sales support. I hope someone responds soon to help resolve this issue."

I purchase this for 15250 rupees. received defective but amazon dont help me
For this price good product .. bass is very high.. surround effect very low .. vocals clear .. wires are short . Due to 2 bass speaker . Placement problem . Need minimum . 350 sq.feet room .at above 75% volume u injoy surround . Some vibration from back speaker and some sound come when u dont play anything . Overall good at 15k price if u have bugdet and big room dont buy. Go for dolby atmos . If u want to enjoy dont buy . Go only for dolby atmos .surround effect is very low in this system[ 9550 pro] . More channels gives more effect. My furnitue vibrates due to high bass even if u low the bass (-5) level

(Excellent Service by zebronics)Here is my review.First Impression - so beautiful, So elegant just looking like a wow. 😄Sound - 8/10Vocal - 8/10Bass - 10/10Bass - Lower bass is too good, you can hear 2-3 variations of lower bass. Bass is like Dj subwoofer.Loudness - loudness is enough for 350sqft room/hall.Vocals - Vocals is good, sepration is also too good. You can hear the sound of the each instrument clearly.Advantages - fully Wireless, awesome lower bass, loudness, RGB lights on the corners of Sound bar, HDMI Arc, optical in, Bluetooth 5.3,Usb & Aux Support.Remote - separate volume control for centre, subwoofer & surround speakers.Disadvantage - Remote quality is just average.According to Price, I am fully satisfied with this product.I got it just in 19,999 rupees (During Diwali Sale)

Some issues in staight speaker when playing song with bluetooth

Surround box is not wireless.. Subwoofer is not pairing as blue light blinking continuously...it is not connecting to my TV
