Leno"Legion" / Dell"AlienWare" best
ASUS factory-installs this in "Republic Of Gamers" laptops, Lenovo in their YogaPro and "Legion", and Dell in the AlienWare line. (Len P/Num. #SSS1F28988 Legion). (note DP/Num printed on this). Those numbers made it easy to grab the newest bug-free flash firmware. gen4 "express" PCI speed, on all four possible lanes. Impressively fast.

Check your NVME model
Got a BC901 instead of the PC801 NVME drive. Big difference, the BC901 is a HMB NVME and up to 5000MB/s…PC801 (per the listing) is a DRAM NVME that can do up to (and sustain) 7000MB/s. In other words I got a trash NVME from EmpoweredPC. Poor performance for heavy writing non-stop workloads (video editing) and slower than HDD for external storage as the BC901 doesn’t have a DRAM. Not worth it. 512GB storage capacity. Installation was easy. Works as an NVME, but not a DRAM.

Ok, but can't find Firmware page to see if it needs updating, and even with Drive manager installed, manual FW check, which I cannot find, even via google search, and the app does not help (manual only, but can't find)...

Cumple con las velocidades indicadas. Tengo dos ranuras m.2 en mi portátil y este lo utilizo para el sistema operativo y aplicaciones y otro de mayor tamaño para los datos. Todo perfecto
