It’s a wonderful alternative to caffeine; it wakes me up; brings alertness; starts my metabolism on an empty stomach. It’s great, I will most likely purchase Rhodiola again, especially from Zazzee. Actually I discovered Zazzee through searching for Rhodiola. I appreciate that they are certified organic and their prices are inexpensive or considerably reasonable for product and quantity. I highly recommend Rhodiola as a great drug-free energy alternative. I am 9 months free of caffeine!!! And I will never go back! This is the best stuff I have found for stress. I am soon much happier now. My fiancé has even commented on my happier attitude. My wife, my gym partner and I are all taking this once a day. We are all off our blood pressure medication. Taking this with blood pressure medicine can actually cause dizziness because it makes blood pressure too low. Amazing for blood pressure
