Works for me
I work in an automotive manufacturing shop where air quality isn't super great and exposer to some metal dust and aerosolized cutting fluids can be common. I was am having issues after a small cut appeared in my nose. The dust and stuff irritated it and it would not heal properly. Got these and within a couple days I noticed a substantial benefit. Idk about everyone else but they fit me great and been a serious help 5o my nose. I doubt they would filter smaller particles though such as pollen and other allergens.

Not worth price
If you use each filter once then it’s not worth buying. It fits somewhat in your nose but also people have different size nostrils so idk if it’s one size fit all. Also it filters a little but not what i expected.

Flimsy and show.
These do show if they don't stay in place.

Kitchen sponge....
Two small cut out pieces of the traditional yellow and green dish washing sponge. It's a great gag gift perhaps....not what I needed and immediately returned.

Hmm...
Sorry for the nostril shot! I've used these for a few weeks, and I am unsure of their efficacy. As you can see in the picture, they don't completely cover the nasal opening, which seems like it would make them much less effective. I have no idea regarding the claims that are made regarding filter material. The dark part seems like a simple open mesh, but the other parts don't have such large holes . They are not too uncomfortable, but I am always aware they are there. I suffer a lot from dust allergies, etc. and I can't say definitively these made a difference. You have to remember to breath through your nose, too. Breathing through your nose is ideal in any case, but not always possible for us allergy sufferers. They are inexpensive enough that they are probably worth a try if you suffer in this way. They aren't an obvious magic bullet for me, but I'm not ready to completely write them off either.
