Since it didn't bother me much and I received product exactly as described and in in good condition, I ignored rest.Product - Since a lot of people had written that their washing bag torn off after first usage itself, I was sure that I will write my review after using at least once. And now when I have used it, I can tell that I'm a satisfied customer.Bag, zipper are of good quality. Size, though I didn't measure, but are quite big. Apparently no issues with the product.
