The caramel is rich and creamy, with just a hint of saltiness. It's thick, but not overly so—just the ideal consistency for drizzling over the cup and the top of my coffee drinks. Normally, I'm not a fan of dark chocolate, but this is on a whole different level. I'm seriously obsessed with these flavors and this brand; they offer top-notch quality and the most amazing flavors. 8 was looking for a syrup with real sugar without all the extra ingredients. I really enjoy the dark chocolate syrup, it has a great flavor. I use it in my cafe mochas. The caramel was okay but it had a little flavor that I didn't care for.
