You need a usb to 120v adapter. The same as you would use for your cell phone into a 120v receptacle

Can you use a Samsung cordless phone charger? the charging cord fits. When you plug it in , the red lites blink.

Check the output on the part you plug into wall. It should not be more than the input on batt. Charger.

Does it come with power outlet charger? in case of a negative answer, can i use any standard 5v/2.0a charger?

No it doesn't come with wall charger but comes with cable. Use at least 2.1 amp charger. Lower amp wall adapters will work just slower. Can also charge from a laptop
