EDIT: The company contacted me after I left my initial review and were very helpful. They offered a replacement bag with all of the issues below fixed, or a refund. I opted for the refund but have no reason to believe they wouldn’t have followed through with all the promises made for the replacement bag. Their refund note claimed they’re already working on corrections for future bags based on my feedback. So five stars for customer service!ORIGINAL (3 stars): So, this is a nice bag. It’s well-made and does seem to be genuine leather. There are a few problems with it that will probably prevent me from continuing to use it, however. First, and probably foremost, it REEKS. I’ve tried everything but it continues to stink. It even stinks up my small office. Second, the straps aren’t adjustable enough (the shoulder strap isn’t adjustable at all, hence the fabric strap you see in my picture) and the back straps are just slightly too far apart to be truly comfortable. It feels like it’s about to slide off your shoulders even on the tightest setting. Third, it’s a little different than pictured on the product page. As you can see mine came with a logo embossed in the front pocket and the zipper surrounds and elastic are black instead of beige. Not crazy about either of those things, but I’m also probably more picky than some. I won’t return it since I’ve been using it but I probably won’t keep it either. It IS generally a nice bag so if they can solve these issues I’d say give it a try, but just be ready to send it back if they haven’t fixed them.

Looks reaaally good but has a strong leather scent

This smelled bad.Aired it out so got over that when I took the bag out a few days later it was dry, hard and practically cracking. Look leather conditioner to it. It drank it like water. It is not supple.I eventually stopped as this was obviously a bad investment

This would be better suited for a bigger person. The quality is nice enough but the fit is absolutely awful. The bag is also a big too big and bulky. It gives me back pain because the weight is so low and the straps so long- and i have it adjusted to the shortest length. I kinda wish I didn’t purchase it but now feel I have to use it.

This a a very good looking leather laptop backpack. I was hesitant to get this because in the picture the backpack seemed to be of an unwieldy size and shape. I am glad I went ahead and got it because it is easy to handle and yet big enough for all to stuff I usually carry with me on an airplane. Check your airline requirement but I used it as my “personal item” and was able to put it under the seat in front of me. It was also easy to get the laptop and tablets out at security. My only issue is that the leather is a little stiff but it is loosening up as I use it. I’ve considered putting it in a bag and tumbling on “air fluff” in the dryer.

The look and smell of leather is very comforting, feels quality when you are dealing with it, also high-quality It's construction and materials makes it feel like it will break in well and last a good long time.Great looking and feeling leather bag for whatever, you need it for, luggage, a carry on, hiking, etc...
