This is the peel and stick tile you're looking for
If you're here considering this tile, get it.It looks fantastic, it's really easy to install, it's groutable, and boy do those tiles stick. I had to pry one back up to re-set it and it pulled at the vinyl sheet flooring underneath it so hard it lifted the vinyl off the subflooring. I had to half-chisel it off. I was doing a bathroom upgrade, and while I was redoing the shower surround I dropped heavy tools on the tile several times- there wasn't a single scratch or dent. I wouldn't be surprised if they last ten years. My biggest difficulty was that I wanted to grout it (doesn't come with it, but it's something that can be done) and I had to space them correctly so the lines were even. It looks so much like real tile with the grouting I wouldn't have known it wasn't tile if I hadn't put it in myself. With the grey and white tiles, the white tiles are sliiiiiightly blue-ish, with grey marble lines. It's like a cool tone white. The beige and white tiles, the white tiles don't have the strong marbling that the grey and white tiles do. So the white tiles are VERY white. Both are attractive, but the beige and white have a much more subtle effect, and the grey and white tiles are much more versatile. I was trying to mesh a difficult combination the previous owners chose, of red carpet in the master bedroom, and beige sinks, tub, shower and toilet in the master bathroom. The grey tiles had enough beige in it to work with the bathroom fixtures, and the white tiles had enough blue to make the transition to the red carpet look good. Amazing product, I'm thinking of putting it in my half-bath and the mudroom.

Great product
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I couldn’t decide between both the beige and white and the gray and white so I got both. I’ve used floor pops in my laundry and have done really well and I wanted to redo my kitchen since these laminate floors have been my biggest regret in my home remodel and are peeling in so many areas and can’t withstand my dogs. Knowing how easy these would be to install I got both colors to try it out. The gray color tile are great! But the issue is the white tile that comes with that combo is too stark and has a blue tint. I will say the texture they’ve added to the gray almost made me just want to pick those instead. I wish I could use the white tiles from the beige combo that are more creamy white and seem more realistic than the others. Regardless both are great options, just wanted to talk about the differences. Update: I went with the beige and they look great, there are some spots where I will be adding adhesive since the laminate floors under were too damaged by my dog scratches and the tiles are not adhering the best. Now you can see pretty much any dog hair on the floor but I already vacuum at least 2 times a day so I’m use to it. (I have a dark and a light haired large dog so there’s no winning) I love the bright and fresh look they bring and I’m the future when we truly replace the floors I would love this look.

Easy to Apply / Looks Great
Let me explain the pictures first before going into the product review.1st picture: Original tiles in our apartment2nd picture: New sticker tiles applied on top of the original ones3rd picture: Comparison between the old and the sticker tilesOur family just recently moved into a really old apartment, and as you can see in the first picture, the interior design of this place needed some upgrade. In addition, the original tiles felt sticky to our feet, which was probably due to the accumulation of dust over a long period of time, and we couldn't remove that stickiness even though we deep cleaned the tiles using various chemicals and cleaners. The above situation led my wife to this item, which was a sticker tile that could be applied on top of the original tiles. This was a great pick for the following reasons:1. Didn't have to remove the original flooring (Which would cost us alot of money)2. Not alot of hassle to get this sticker applied (Just a few seconds for each tile)3. Very cheap alternative to do some interior upgrades4. Could be easily removed when moving out of the apartmentAs you can see in the 2nd and 3rd picture, the sticker tiles looks more modern, has a great color scheme, and it fits pretty well. When you actually apply the stickers, there will be times where you need to cut up the stickers in order to fit exactly to your floor plans, which led us to buy a cutting instrument and a firm ruler which aided us in this task. Other than that, the sticker tiles looks really beautiful compared to the old tiles, and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking to upgrade your home in an economical way.
