Yes, I bought 2 and keep one in the freezer just incase, however I do rotate every other week.

Yes you can leave them in the freezer but you would need to let them thaw a bit before you use them as they firm up a bit. I wrap them in a towel for a while.

The one I bought is 20 x 30 cms
