I give this a 5 star rating be cause they actually work... My daughter got me started with using this and I love them, and you see results fast.

If you have keloid scars from acne (those big, raised, hardened red bumps that seem to stick around forever) these patches… actually… help. I’ve tried SO many things to get rid of those marks. The only other thing that worked was cortisone shots at the dermatologist. Those can get expensive and they sometimes need 3-4 rounds of injections to fully shrink the keloid. A box of these babies is like $10 and even if I use a whole box on one blemish it’s still waayy cheaper than injections. As for the results they do seem to vary from blemish to blemish. The very first one I tried was on the largest keloid I had on my back. It LITERALLY shrunk overnight. I couldn’t believe it. Others though have taken several patches. Then I have one or two spots that are stubborn and I’m still working on them. They still get a little smaller each time but it’s very slow. For me they work best if left on for about 36 hours. Just leaving it on overnight seems too short and doesn’t utilize the patch’s full potential. Go longer than a day and a half and they leave annoying red triangles on my skin that take days to go away. It can also irritate the keloid and make it temporarily inflamed. That’s my experience anyway. It’s worth the time to fine tune these to your liking. Never imagined something so inexpensive and simple would make a difference on my relentlessly stubborn skin. Have already gone through 4-5 boxes (my back was really bad) and will continue to keep this around for damage control!

These pimple patches really do work literally overnight. Just apply & you’ll see a big difference by the morning. I haven’t came across another brand that better & gets the job done.

They are pretty clear and not too visible. Effective but expensive for the number of patches so I typically only purchase these when on sale. They are most effective when used on a pimple that has formed a whitehead or has already popped

I love this item because you only need to apply it where you need it on your face

Didn't work as l had hoped. I was using the PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash . I have issues with dark spots and looking for a solution. I won't buy it again

I’ve purchased these brightening patches for my post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation left by old acne scars multiple times and they work well!! I put them on before bed right after washing my face and leave them on all night. They don’t budge or fall off so that’s a plus. It took about a week before I started noticing any lightening effects of the old pigmentation (which is to be expected of any skincare products). But after consistent use every night, I am happy to say that these really do work on lightening old spots.
