A bit pricey in my opinion for three little pieces of plastic. But very useful. Holding up well on my keychain.

I owned the first version of the Magconnect and it had one issue, the magnets came unglued. This version doesn’t have that issue, and the re-design has a stronger retention. If you have a key ring that you need to swap between key fobs, I highly recommend this product.

It meets my needs! I didn't really need a magnet this strong, but, better safe then sorry. At this time, it's working as it should. If it fails, no biggie. I'll cement the magnets in place. I placed a quarter next to the magnet to provide a size comparison. This item appears to be well constructed, its simple yet elegant in appearance. I switched out the small silver key rings for black one's, i feel they work best with my current edc. I gave this item 4 stars for now, if the magnets fails, I'll provide an update and either increase or decrease the amount of stars to reflect my satisfaction. I purchased this item, it wasn't free, nor did I receive a discount for a favorable review. Hope this helps....

I had my reservations but wanted to try a different option from the bearing type. I had concerns about accidental separation but this magnet is strong. On occasion it wil separate but it is rare and under great stress. Usually it’s getting yanked. I pull it apart at least 10 times a day and it’s just as strong as day one. There are also no indications of wear on the plastic.

The magnet is more annoying than useful on this product since the pull apart has a shape to it my keys are always in the way. It's hard to feel this out without looking for it, if your expecting a eyes free connection this is not the product.

Its design prevents it from slipping out of the magnetic groove. the halfs when are apart stick to other magnetic surfaces and "does not rattle, rattle, rattle", this was a huge win. when you're driving for a livin, the incessant small metallic rattles can numb your hearing.thank you, thank you..

I was struggling to find the right key ring with an easy use detachment for spare keys and this is everything I was looking for I just wish I found it sooner!The magnetic piece slides for easy release and reattachment. Plus it's slim and sleek.. Highly recommend

I was looking for something for my keys to the end of my wallet chain that I can operate with one hand. This does a pretty good job with a couple of caveats. First of all, since the ends that connect are shaped to slide into place, it’s easy enough to remove the keys but getting them back on requires two hands. Second of all, because my wallet chain is metal the “base” almost always sticks to the chain. That said, the magnet is strong enough that I can just hold my keys (a car key and two house keys) near the wallet chain and they’ll hang from there. Stays in place when I walk, but if it bumps into something or you run/jump they’ll fall off. Ideally, the two ends would be flat instead of sculpted to slide together.

J'avais les anciens clips aimantés, mais je pense que ceux-ci sont plus fiables et j'ai donc moins de chances de perdre une partie de mon trousseau de clés.

I wanted this to put in my camera case but keep my keys handy. It does exactly that. My keys are easily found by hanging the magnetic key fob to the side of the bag and are easily released. I am happy with the purchase which I thought was reasonably priced.
