Horrible performance
At first glance this seems like a good projector for a decent budget and its from a well reputable company and it looks decent but the performance is very very bad, great picture and brightness but you can’t watch your content if the projector lags not the internet the actual projector lags even moving apps on the Home Screen, the performance is absolutely terrible for the price do not buy unless you want to waste your money on this projector.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Nearly Perfect Family-Friendly Projector — Just Needs Better Software
As an engineer, a dad to a toddler, and a dog owner, I was looking for a projector that delivers serious performance without turning my living room into a hazard zone. This one gets nearly everything right.✅ Pros:• Stunning picture quality – Bright, sharp, and vibrant even in daylight with a proper screen. It holds up impressively well with a window behind it.• Thoughtful hardware design – The ultra short throw form factor is perfect for tight spaces and blends seamlessly into a modern setup.• Plug-and-play screen compatibility – My motorized screen (which came with a USB trigger cable) works seamlessly with this projector. It powers the screen up/down automatically when the projector turns on/off. A small feature, but it adds a polished, high-end feel.• Easy setup – Corner adjustment means I didn’t have to fine-tune placement down to the millimeter. Fast, frustration-free alignment.• Surprisingly good built-in sound – Clear and dynamic enough for regular use without needing a separate sound system. I can enjoy late-night movies without waking my daughter.• Smart safety feature – Automatically shuts off the lens if someone (like my daughter or our dogs) walks in front of it. Great peace of mind.• Portable and reliable – Easy to move if we ever relocate, and no issues so far—no repairs, no service calls. Just works.⚠️ Cons:• Software is the weak link – Menus feel slow and clunky, apps occasionally freeze, and navigation isn’t intuitive. I use an external streaming stick to get around this.• Could use more protection options – I wish there were better built-in safeguards against bumps, but honestly, I’d rather risk the unit itself than mount a heavy TV around a toddler.Verdict:If you prioritize picture quality, ease of use, and family safety, this projector is a fantastic choice. With some software improvements, it would easily be 5 stars. For now, it’s a strong 4-star product—and I’d absolutely buy it again.

Vendor was great, product has issues.
I purchased this projector when EPSON announced it. My small New York home needed a compact solution, and the attractive price convinced me.Less than four months later, the projector required a software update. I followed the instructions and waited over an hour. After the update, it began making strange noises, and half of the Android functions stopped working. I couldn’t set the screen correctly or access regular options.I first contacted EPSON for help, but they couldn’t assist due to an issue with the serial number. I then reached out to AV NATION. After much back and forth, they offered several solutions and asked me to send the projector in. Once received, they took it upon themselves to contact and send the projector to EPSON for evaluation. EPSON confirmed that the hardware was damaged beyond repair, and AV NATION then processed an exchange.I suspect the projector was rushed through testing, which might be why it sells at nearly 50% off its original price. I purchased it at full price—about $3000—and that steep discount everywhere today signals potential quality issues. If reliability matters to you, I advise looking elsewhere. On a positive note, AV NATION went above and beyond. Their representative, William, was a great communicator and helped improve a painful experience. I truly appreciate his assistance and the overall service from AV NATION. They are great and good to their customers.EPSON, YOU SUCK!

I love it!!!
This is my first projector and I am soo happy with it! I've had it for a couple of months now and it's everything i hoped for. I do recommend some type of ALR screen as it will make the image almost TV quality.

Fan noise level is unacceptable
The fan noise is very loud and it interferes with having a good experience. The picture quality is very good, making it suitable for casual gaming. This versatile projector is ideal for daily gaming, watching sports, and family movie nights. Unfortunately, the unbearable noise levels of the projector prevent a pleasant experience. I would definitely look at competitors and find other short-throw projectors.

Don’t waste your money
Great picture but good luck getting it to run an entire movie. We have yet to make it through an entire movie without it buffering and stopping every few seconds. It’s like it over heats. For the price this thing should be able to run all day but it literally can’t make it through 2 hours. Very disappointed. Hoping to be able to return it still.
