There is something about this that I am not certain on. I don't feel like it gives the neck a good enough stretch, and I didn't expect the material to be so foam like.There are much better neck stretchers for the price.

This is an unusual item, it's made from a hard foam, so you would think that this would be really uncomfortable, exactly the opposite, it's surprising just how comfortable and relaxing this really is. I have used this a couple of times while laying on the bed and it does the job.

Had issues with my neck for a while, pressure point therapy can work, so I gave this a try, I think this is cast for a man, as its a bit larger and so hard to get the right position, it's very easy, just lie on a flat surface, position correctly, then gently rock your head from side to side, you can feel the nodules on your pressure points, it does give me some relief, quite impressed, only gave 4 stars due to size, perhaps they should do a small and medium
