I’m impressed with the look and quality-especially given the very reasonable price. I looked at a lot of options and this set was a standout. The gray wicker is sturdy as well as beautiful. Surprisingly comfortable and perfect for my patio.

I could not be more impressed or pleased. It arrived sooner than expected, delightful. The packaging was terrific, 6 pieces in one box, well organized and wrapped. Not a nick or damaged piece. Easy to assemble, though I am slow, The directions were top notch and pictures most clear. It looks amazing and is most comfortable, exactly what I was looking for with a very fair price. If I had more room, I would buy another! Perhaps it is the country of origin, Vietnam. Much nicer than those from some other countries.

I purchased the set is grey. Unfortunately I was all pieces except for 1 chair. One of the parts for the chair was missing a hole in the piece. I reached out to the company 1st by phone and number goes dead, I sent multiple emails with no answer. All I wanted was a replacement of part C. The set is beautiful but wish I had both chairs. Update: I am revising my review, I finally got in touch with the company and they replace the broken item. The chairs are beautiful I pnly wish that I didn’t have to write a review for the company to get in touch with me. The product is great and easy to assemble.

I love this patio set! Slightly time-consuming to assemble, but following the instructions and NOT tightening the screws until all screws are in place, helped greatly. The color is greige so it goes well with both grey and tan. No toss pillows were included but I bought 20x20 outdoor pillows for the chair backrests on sale and they look better than the 18x18 pillows in the photos on Amazon. Highly recommend.

Love this set. We try and have breakfast on our front porch on nice days. So love how this set comes with a tray which is perfect for that. It's a very sturdy set and comfortable. Just wish the ottomans were lower so they could slide under the chairs without needing to take the cushions off. The set looks darker in person than the photo but still really nice looking. There were a lot of pieces to assemble so not quick but my husband put them together with no issues. Nothing was damaged and it arrived sooner than expected. We've only had it for a couple days but looks like it will last a long time. Very happy with this purchase.

We sent this set as a house warming gift to our son and partner .They said it was difficult to assemble and there were no back pillows included .When we read the description again it stated no throw pillows.But all the photos show throw pillows .Teach us to read everything as this was in the print ,not as advertised in the photos

Once assembled, this was a perfect little patio set for our backyardWasn’t difficult to assemble easy to read instructions super cute. I don’t expect it to last several years but it’s perfect until you find a high quality set down the road.

packaging was destroyed, products was exposed on the ground , Filed a claim to get it replaced/ or get our money back , I was given 2 days to file a claim we did. after two day there was NO reply or response from OC- Orange Casual , we called and was talking to a recording. after so long we just said to hell with it, assembled the damn thing. after all we've done then we get an email asking for pictures on what their product looked like, Packaging looked like it was KICKED off a FEDEX Plane and landed at out door step.UPS driver looked at my box and Laughed @ FEDEX careCustomer service was slow.my advice: Find someone who is NOT slow and not afraid to take their Own product back.Trust me the 1 star is too much!I hope they read this to do better by the next customer.
