Very useless

I had mine for long time now- it's convenient for everyday ironing (it heats up quickly and doesn't take up much space). It does a good job at removing the creases. The only thing I wish is for the board to be longer as most shirt sizes can't fit properly on it length-wise.

It's pain to use because of low quality hose the breaks the steam stream everytime you use can't use it except on board and the heights are done wrongly because of the hose you have to hold the item up high with your hand for the hose to be straighned.. Else the machine build is above average the colors are nice and there is nothing special about steam power feels like 1.4 not 2.0

I bought this product for my mom and she loves it the steam coming out fast and it really iron the clothes really good and fast the option to add essential oil is amazing and make your clothes smells nice but you have to choose a good essential oil. for the stand its very durable and handle the weight and thats a major thing for me the built quality and the water tank is just right. been using it for a while around a year and it works like its brand new

The steamer itself is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with its performance. However, I have concerns regarding the packaging. Every time I've purchased this item from Amazon, the product's retail carton arrives worn and appears to have been opened and resealed previously. Improving the external packaging condition would significantly improve the overall buying experience.
