Is this an alcohol based product?

On the back of the label there is a flammable warning sign so I guess it may contain alcohol?

Is there any fragrance to this product? I don't want my face smelling of light machine oil.

Yes I have and it works equally well as the Braun product and lasts longer by far. Iam on my second Braun , and my second batch of this product
