Tengo poco tiempo con este producto como para emitir una opinión de todos los beneficios que he leído hace este te. Lo que sí he notado y me gusta es que cuando siento mi estómago un poco incómodo después de haber comido me tomo un té y mejora que después de un rato ya no siento la incomodidad ( no se si me explico) tampoco puedo garantizar que se el te o el agua caliente o la digestión que ya esté trabajando, no se pero pienso seguirlo usando y viendo que más cambios hay.
