If you're inquiring about the dessert recipe I suggested using soft set Jello and whipping cream, I add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream which has 1.75 gr of carbs per cup, and one package of Splenda, 2 gr, whipped up and mixed in. So that's a pretty low carb and good tasting dessert. I try to consume no more than 10 gr of carbs a day, so I'm *always* counting carbs.
