The grommets are okay and do their job. No issues so far!

I had to replace the motor. And I thought these came with the motor but they didn’t. I just wish they had shown them with the unit to purchase. These are made of high-quality like a silicone. I think they will last lot longer than the old ones which was 25 years. Delivery was fast. And made of the highest quality. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

I’m not sure that I needed to replace these as part of the freezer circulation fan replacement but I did anyway. These supports just hold the fan motor and isolate vibrations. Fit was perfect and parts appear to be exact replacements.

Refrigerator, needed a new motor which ,I also ordered,they work together in harmony . No more noisy Refrigerator.... easy install..good quality. Recommend it..

Realmente pense que eran mas duros pero han de soportar bien el calor, aparte si son silenciosos, eso si solo en modelos de ventiladores delgados por que no son tan gruesos como los de color negro
