Within the first 2 weeks, I noticed my hair looked and felt healthy. It was not as dull. It was so soft, the softest my hair has ever been, so soft curls would not hold. One down side; when you stop taking the vitamin for a long period of time your hair may go back to the state it was in prior to taking the vitamin.
