Really good and does what I had hoped but they are large so if you have trouble swollowing these might be a challange for you.

Good product which mixes well with both warm and cold drinks. Too soon to notice if it's helped but it's very easy to take. I would like to note that it have a very short expiry date (less than 3 months) when I got it and I don't know if this is usual for this product or if I'm just unlucky.

Although the pills are on the large side, I have no problems swallowing them (using semi-skimmed milk instead of water helps). Prefer the pills to powder, easier to measure, and no aftertaste.

I notice a significant difference in endurance since starting these, and my exercises have really improved, therefore I would recommend them on that basis. I only take two each day because I am wary of supplements. They are quite large, so they will be difficult to swallow if you are not used to taking tablets. To provide a fair review, I have not tried any other creatine products, but I have heard negative things about them (bad side effects, poor tasting for creatine drinks). I’ve had no bad side effects from this product and there is no aftertaste - just like taking a huge paracetamol!

Good enough, gritty taste but you can wash it down easily. If you dry scoop and swallow it, it’ll go down fine. It’s good value for money compared to the big name brands and allergen free which most aren’t
