Me gusta su gran pantalla pero lo que no me gusta es que solo es en inglés y no se puede poner en español así que no sé si lo devolveré.

I actually got this when one of my family members finished having surgery and needed to monitor her O2 saturation. So far this device has worked out okay. It definitely has more features than those simple finger ones. I compared it to the one in the doctors office and it is definitely similar but probably not as good as those ones on the doctors office. Regardless it gives pretty accurate reading which means it is pretty accurate. The first thing about this is that this does have battery so it can be something you can take on the go. You also have a charging cradle if you want to plug it in. It stands up as well so you can easily see the readings when you need it. The finger cuff is pretty comfortable. The connector is not bad. I am not entirely sure what the actual connector is called. It looks like a VGA but with less pins in it. The connector is pretty secure of the most part. I would say just make sure not to yank it sideways or anything. It is pretty simple to read. There are different interfaces to make it easier to read when you are sitting close by or needing to step away. The battery does make it nicer to travel with. It is not loud or does not get very hot. The finger tip piece does need to wiped down every so often as dirt can build up and you do not get good reading. The clamp is not super tight but it holds well on the finger. It does have speakers on it as well. The charging port is just a simple usb cable. It is nothing too fancy. The buttons are simple but it can be a little confusing to navigate. The print I feel may actually wear down over time. It is compact and easy to hold in your hand. Overall this is a good device to have if you one need a bit of a constant monitoring of your O2 and BP. It is pretty accurate and the fact it runs on a battery makes it easy to carry around as needed. The battery life on this varies based on how long you want to use it for. I did use it for a few hours and it did not show any signs of losing power super fast nor did the low battery effect the reading as much. The device can be a little annoying to learn but the viewing interface is pretty simple to read. You can adjust it accordingly. The display is not super bright so it is not annoying if you are trying to use this and sleep. It clips on well without any discomfort. The cradle is also nice to plug in and charge. The only thing I will say is to not yank on the connector too much as it may cause the pins to bend.
