Holds a lot of liquid. Keeps water or soft drinks cold for 24 hours or more. Gave as gift to my husband and he loves it. Sport top is not completely water proof. Noticed a drip of coke on the bedspread today after we let it lay flat on its side. Wouldn’t recommend throwing it around in a bag unless you can keep it mostly upright if you decide to use the sport cap.

My daughter is a college athlete and needed something so she could make smoothies for her 5 AM practices and bring to class to finish. She didn’t like it when her smoothies were room temperature in class. This really works and it holds a lot-enough for breakfast and morning snack.

I have 2 & I'm about to order a third. This is by far the best water bottle I have ever used! I have wasted a lot of money on so many different styles...you don't need to. I will be buying some for Christmas& birthday gifts too!
