Great product but don’t take it if you’re going out, be aware this coffee makes you have multiple bowl movements. If you plan to go out don’t take this. The taste is good also helps with reducing your appetite.

Estaba feliz de recibi este paquete lo prove y reduce el apetito vístanse pero desde entonce no se me quita el dolor de barriga y no paro de ir al baño con diarrea y tampoco pude dormir no creo que tome una más de esa bolsista.

This is one of the first instant coffees that taste really great. It has almost a latte taste and it very easy to drink. It's not overly sweet or bitter. I'm not sure about the weight loss claims though. I have finished the pack and haven't noticed any changes. It was gentle on my stomach. I did expect it to upset my stomach, but it did not. I also did get any jitters from this. I think there is a lower caffeine level in this as opposed to espresso that I regularly drink. I would buy this again for the taste and convenience, but the weight loss marketing does put me off.
