Ours broke due to the adjustment knob cracking which made it insecure to the head rest. Upon emailing them directly and sending photos, they replaced it right away. The item was very easy to install and worked just as pictured! It easily fit my son’s iPad 11.5 inch. We did have issues with the knobs that screw on and attach to the seat, they broke off about 6 days after installation, when I hit a bump in the road due to maybe the weight of the iPad I assume but I felt like it should be prepared for that being what the product is. I did however immediately reach out to customer support through the product website like directed and they were wonderful! They responded very fast and they sent a replacement item in about 3 days after discussing everything and probably would have been faster if it wasn’t a holiday weekend but the replacement is here and working great and they gave another warranty on the replacement!

One of our favorite products while traveling with kids. It’s small, sturdy but light weight. Very easy to remove and hook up. The stability and ability to rotate is very good. Overall a great product if you are traveling with kids.

Really love this product, it’s one of those things that are so simple but make life a little easier . Easy to build and adjust , only complaint is that the part it attaches to headrest doesn’t fit very well because my headrest poles are slightly angled. But it still works and holds on enough to hold an iPad. For price it’s definitely worth it. Especially for long car rides !
