I was very disappointed after receiving this. I thought that this would be a large frame with 12 independent slots or openings for 4x6 pictures with their independent covers for each of the pictures. The frame is nothing like what the description says. The 12 openings are not openings but thin cardboard with cutouts for 12 pictures. The cutouts are smaller than 4x6 so they don’t allow pictures to be placed within each; you just have to somehow place the picture on top of each cutout. But the pictures don’t stay in place. The only solution would be to tape the pictures in place but that would ruin it because if you decide to swap out some of the pictures in the future, you now have taped the pictures to the cutout.Lastly, the frame feels very cheap, likely because it’s so lightweight. If this was hard plastic, I could understand the thin weight and consider it durable. But because it’s wood or wood-like material, it appears it must be easily breakable.For the two huge drawbacks, I am returning this frame.
