Well ive read about these smoke infusers and heard all the hype about them and to be honest i really wasn't that impressed for the first time doing a smoked cocktail. now i used to do alot of smoking wild game Deer / Elk and i loved that but this really didn't go that well and i really didn't notice a big difference in taste of my drink but i will try it a few more times. now this kit comes with a battery operated infuser, it takes two AA batterys not included, it comes with four different flavors of wood chips Cherry,Oak,Apple, And Walnut, i decided to try the cherry. It alsoi has the hose , cover and extra screen for later. The smoke infuser has two different speeds wich are low and high, this is my first time ever using one of these i'm used to a little chief smoker for food. The insructions are not the best but thats what you tube is for it just seem to me that the infuser being electric with a fan inside of it burned up the wood chips way to fast so i think next time all wet the chips down a little and see how that goes. My biggest problem is i don't have any other type infuser to compare it to this is the only one i have used, it says not to use a torch but i did anyway on low cause a match or lighter isn't going to work very well, most of the user manual is just about safety and not about how to smoke your drink. In my opinion i really think a manual infuser would work better then the battery one because it would burrn on it's own instead of the fan burning the wood chips. I filled it full and got it lit good and as soon as it started smoking good the chips were burn't up, if thats how it's supposed to work then i guess it works great. Over all i'm happy with it just not that impressed by it i guess i was expecting a little more smoke taste and expecting the infuser to smoke longer then what it did. Like i said i'm going to experment some more and try different things and it will probably be just fine. Thank You For Reading

This handheld smoker is perfect for cocktails and appetizers! It's very easy to use and comes with clear instructions. The little tins of wood chips are very small, but ok for starter flavors.
