Ancient Egypt: The Light of the World [Two Volumes In One]

I have had the book as a download for many years now and have bookmarked hundreds of the main points. It is absolutely essential for anyone studying the true origin of the Abrahamic Religions and the Egyptian Son of God Iosa, later called Iesous by the Greeks and then Jesus. It can be difficult at times to follow so much detail given by Massey but one can only understand some of the more 'mysterious' Bible Passages with a thorough knowledge of the Ancient Egyptian beliefs. I would go further and say that one can only understand the Bible if one can read Ancient Egyptian temple and tomb texts and know just how that language worked. There are mistranslations in the Bible from Ancient Egyptian which only become clear when the real meaning is known and how the mistranslation would have occurred.

Classic and mandatory reading for those in the Know

I have not completed this book, but I find that whenever I read something that was written in the late 19th to early 20th century it often seems to be of superior quality compared to contemporary literature. Massey's writing is comprehensive but also dramatic, and easy to read and still relevant even though it was written over 100 years ago. I would recommend this to anyone who seeks the truth, enjoys excellent writing, and has a desire to go beyond the simple, common place historical explanations and omissions that one is subjected to whenever one delves into the taboo subject of humanity's true origins.

So far, I love this book. It translates the information and makes it easier to understand. The pictures and symbols are great to enhance learning. I have a lot of studying to do. I will purchase more books.

This continues to be an excellent book that can be used to unravel the mysteries of modern day religions and explains way the phenomenons of Christianity.

Despite the full content of the book I have to make this statement: this printed version lacks an index! The kindle version has it and, besides, a “Prefatory” word from the author, a small biography and some of his poetries. And I must include too, the kindle version has a beatiful and colorful stella that seems to be Akhenaton and Nefertiti together under the rays of Aton that ends with blessing hands. The author analogies, the correlations and the monumental research and enormous capacity he had to connect the ancient aspects of the Egyptian History and the achievements of that incredible people to foresee some events that would occur thousands years ahead of their times I have only seen in another work: The Symbolic Prophecy of The Great Pyramid, by Harvey Spencer Lewis. I hope you will all enjoy but I think it’s necessary some affinity with the Arcane Knowledge to grasp all what Gerald Massey intended to give although everyone with an open mind will certainly find more about Egypt than in other books focused only in a time line History.
