Great customer service
I give Furhaven a 5 star for customer service!The dog bed fell apart after first was along the zipper after having had the bed for 2 weeks.They are sending a replacement cover.

Great Dog Bed!
My dogs love this bed!! We had two other beds and got one new one. Then both dogs had to try to outfox the other to get to this bed first! Now we have two, and each dog is happy in either bed!

Would purchase again!!
We bought this a couple years ago for my sister’s dog (Great Dane/lab). The large one gives him plenty of space. He went right to it. The removable cover washes nicely. It is sturdy and well made. I highly recommend this dog bed.

Dogs can be picky
Dogs are individuals. Our small, 9-pound dog did not like the bed; wouldn't use it. Why? No idea. The only thing I can think of is that the removable cover is quite thin. Maybe she didn't like the feel of that.

Good for old dogs
Our 11 year old boxer is picky with his bed, as soon as I set this up for him, it's his go to spot. better support than the KONG bed we had previously.

Customer service was amazing!
Ordered from Amazon and only received the inserts but did not receive the cover. Went through the manufacturer and they quickly sent over a cover. The process was easy and painless. The product was great once I had all the pieces!

Makes a great chew toy
This bed was so nice until my neurotic dog ate holes into it to bury her bones in the stuffing, the very first night. When we realized why she was eviscerating her beautiful new bed, we had to laugh.

Dog ripped cover twice
Our dog loves this bed, however, he's ripped the cover twice now. It's been great besides that, but I think the quality of the cover could be improved to where it's not as easy for him to get through. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find where I could just replace the cover.
