This was an excellent deal, I was able to buy a pack for each of my dancers to use at the studio and home! Well made and comes in a nice carry bag.

I purchased these bands because I broke my last ones. It turns out there is quite a difference in the sturdiness of exercise bands. These seem to be much more durable and thicker than my last ones, but are still easy to use. These are more like the bands I used at the my physical therapist's office and should last a lot longer.

I have only did one type of exercise on this but it works well and comes with multiple stretch bans. It’s a good product for the money.

I like this product because, I can carry and use them anywhere.I broke my back and leg, therefore I use the resistance bands as a part of my physical therapy routine every day.

I’ve only used the black one which is supposed to be the tightest, least-resistant band. I really wish it was tighter. It seems like it should be the mid range band

I use this product to work on my flutes, back fat and to tone my arms. Lately I been loving it, I use the green, blue and yellow bands for my arms. I use the black, red and yellow band for my legs. The only disadvantages is that the bands are very thin and roll up into my thighs.
