Excellent steamer. I had no idea it would be so easy to use! It was ready in a few minutes, and made it so much easier to get rid of the disgusting grime on my bathroom tiles (see before/after pictures), all without any chemicals, just water. I steamed all my rugs: they look great, they are much cleaner, and they were completely dry in less than 2 hours, even on a rainy day. The steam also made it easy to remove a couple of sticky spots from rugs. It works very well on windows and mirrors too! I can't wait to try it on carpet, blinders, and clothes. Incredibly versatile product.

I had an old hand held steamer already but it became uncomfortable and too hot to hold after some time so I decided to give this one a try and honestly it’s been a game changer. Easy to setup and use and I can adjust the steam pressure if needed. The extension wand is lightweight and not only for the floor mop. I can use it in those hard to reach areas in the bathroom or kitchen with other attachments. I use one brush for bathroom one for the kitchen and it’s nice they’re different color so I don’t get them mixed up. It removed grime in between the tiles without harsh chemicals and when I attached the brush to the wand it helped get into those tough corners without much effort and clean the grime that I thought would never come out. I just use a paper towel to wipe them down an it everything looks as clean as new. I’m in the process of moving so that means deep cleaning my old place and leaving it in a great condition like when I first moved in. So far quality seems good and I’ve been amazed how easy it’s been. Makes the whole moving thing less annoying. Definitely recommend!

By the third time I attempted to use it, it heated but no steam would come out. I followed the troubleshooting directions but nothing. At least my money was promptly refunded after returning.

This steamer is fantastic! Makes cleaning quick and easy, with no chemicals needed. The tank is big enough to give me enough time to steam clean all my floors, with enough steam time left to hit certain high touch areas in the kitchen and bathroom. It usually last about 35 to 45 minutes for me, varying a bit based on the steam power setting. The included accessories are perfect for reaching those hard-to-access spots. This product ticks all the boxes: efficient, safe, easy to use!

The steam cleaner has all the accessories you will need and it’s very easy to use. However, the pads are so saturated with water from the steam that they are ineffective to mop up and hold the dirt from the floor. I used a towel to follow along behind the mop head to absorb and dry the dirty water. That said, every steamer will have the same problem. It’s not a sponge mop that can be rung out. So, I think steam is the way to go. The house is fresher and the window washing feature is excellent. It got soap scum out of the shower and lifted all the dirt from the baseboards. A simple wipe with a cloth finished the job and no cleaning products had to be used. And the machine is so easy to assemble and roll. The water reservoir is super large. I used it for a solid hour and there was still water in the reservoir when I emptied it. Plus I steamed my painted cabinets from a distance of 12 inches then wiped them clean. All of the fingerprints and smudges came right off. No scrubbing. I’m glad I bought this.

This steamer does such an amazing job with minimal extra effort. It works like a charm. It cleaned out the dirt in half of the time that I used to take. And the accessories are perfect to reach out certain places that are hard to access. Compared to other steamers that I have used, this is by far the best! I have two small children that are playing on the floor all the time. I need the floors to be very clean without the use of chemical products, as they touch everything. Sanitizing steam is perfect for the job as it is as effective as harmful chemical cleaners and we don’t need to worry about left behind residue that will get on their fingers and into their mouths. When having children at home you need something efficient, chemical free, safe and easy to use. This is the perfect product, worth every penny!

We have only used the item twice. The first time was amazing. Steamed perfectly the bathroom shower windows removing the building up to include steaming our porcelain tile. However in using it on day 2, the item head leaks excessive amounts of water from the the steamer head when wanting to steam the floor. We had all settings exactly the same as day 1. The floor was soaked and steam was minimal. The 'ready' light will go on and flash off again as though it keeps losing pressure. Water levels are fine although there should be an area that tells us when the container is full when filling with water which it doesn't until you're over filling. We're going to give it another go and if it continues we will be returning the item. It's unfortunate as we were very excited about this product.
