How quick is delivery?

Usually I get my delivery next day , most I’ve waited has been 2 days.😊

Is this delivered in a cardboard box like a normal package?

It is delivered in a cardboard box. or that is how it leaves the depot. when mine got to me I had to throw 6 cans away which were very badly damaged. the box was in pieces.
