Best product for prefront cortex and memory in general
This is the best product of ND i ever had. Its a bit expensive for sure but its worth if you can afford it regularly.

Why Evening Use of Erinemax (Lion’s Mane) May Be Superior
I wanted to share an observation and the supporting rationale for why taking Erinemax in the evening may offer greater long-term neurotrophic benefits than morning dosing. Lion’s Mane stimulates the production of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) through CREB-mediated pathways. These same pathways are naturally most active during deep and REM sleep, when the brain performs neural repair, memory consolidation, and dendritic remodeling. Growth hormone, IGF-1, and melatonin all rise at night, while cortisol and glutamate which suppress BDNF fall to their lowest levels. When Erinemax is taken in the evening, its erinacines and hericenones reach peak activity during that natural neuroregenerative phase. This alignment likely amplifies NGF and BDNF signaling, meaning more of the supplement’s potential contributes to structural brain repair rather than transient daytime activation. Animal research supports this timing: Hericium extracts have been shown to normalize circadian rhythms and restore hippocampal BDNF after sleep disruption (Furuta et al., 2016; Li et al., 2021). Human studies also link Lion’s Mane to improved sleep quality and increased pro-BDNF levels after several weeks of use (Vigna et al., 2019). While direct morning-versus-night comparisons haven’t been done in humans, the biochemical reasoning and preclinical data strongly suggest a synergistic effect with the body’s nocturnal neurotrophic surge. In practical terms, morning dosing may provide mild focus and stress-resilience benefits, but evening dosing appears more effective for long-term neurogenesis, mood stability, and restorative sleep. Aligning Erinemax with the brain’s own repair window could make its neurotrophic effects 20–50 percent stronger in real physiological terms.

So far its working really well
In less than a week I've noticed it relaxes me, cuts out a good chunk of anxiety, quiets the mind very well, helps with focus, really good for memory especially if your job has you up late sometimes, good for working at home type things, etc. This is priced just right for how fine-tuned this is and also room for innovation, I really like it and will give an update half a year or so later on. Am taking 2 - 4 a day, 5 times a week. Separately I also take Mitopure urolithin A, Naturebell krill oil, Bionatal black seed oil, Xymogen multivitamin & K2 D3 10,000iu. Will probably keep this in my permanent stash tbh and I'm picky af when it comes to supplements. update 3/25: I have BVD (Binocular Vision Dysfunction) so eye strain, headaches, studying have had their challenges at times. I think I can only speak for myself but these help me a lot with homework which was something I struggled with especially on a computer screen. I've taken this for so long though that I can bump my dosage down to just 1 a day; seems that after a while this stuff sticks with you(or possibly fixed something). If I take too much now I tend to get a little hyper focused but it's nothing bad or serious. I believe Neuro Optometrist NEED to study this product for people with BVD; it's not a fix-all, but it SHOULD be a considered stepping stone for a better quality of life. Since I've tried this I was able to study a lot and pass many of my classes, 7 certifications in total and am trying to finish 2 more to get into my field; sure this helps with studying but it's done a lot more for me. I also used to feel kinda anxious to study just because of how often I had failed at it in my past due to having BVD, but this helped me stay confident when studying along with assisted professional help with my situation( using prism glasses), by God's grace and coming across this product I've adapted to studying and don't feel anxious about it anymore, so this is why I just take one a day; it assisted me climbing out of my old symptoms. I will keep buying this, would be cool to see if they can make something "better" and innovate this somehow, I also hope this brand can lower the price in the future too. Love and gratitude to this brand and people behind this product; nobody recommended this product or lionsmane, nothing has been as helpful(supplement wise), and I've tried many different health supplements to see if it would help me for many many years.

Great product, but overpriced.
I work in the medical field. I decided to give lions mane a test run while deployed a while back. I’ve tried all of Nootropic Depots lions mane variants over the years. I think the erinamax works well, but it’s overpriced. I don’t feel much of a difference between the erinamax and their 8:1. The 8:1 being a fraction of the price. I’ve been through a couple hundred erinamax for reference.

Better than ND's regular Lion's Mane pills
I take lion's mane primarily for dream enhancement. I discovered this effect by accident when taking Om's lion's mane pills and noticed that my dreams became more vivid after a few days of taking them. Nootropics Depot has a great reputation, so I thought I would give their lion's mane a shot. With these "Erinamax" pills, which contain both the mycelium and the fruiting body of the lion's mane, I can confirm that they do in fact work for helping to make dreams more vivid and memorable, at least in my case. This was NOT the case with their regular lion's mane pills that are made only of the fruiting body. I took a whole bottle of those and noticed nothing. The Erinamax contain the mycelium, which I believe is the source of the dream effects. Are they better than the Om lion's mane pills you can buy off the shelf at places like Sprouts and Whole Foods? It's hard to say. I don't find the Erinamax pills to be more powerful than the Om pills, but there's reason to be confident that they contain the high amount of active ingredients they claim to have.

Best lions mane out there
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Products from ND are always excellent in my experience. This supplement truly enhances my brain function and allows me to stay on top of everything. I live a very busy life as a student and these help me with focus, retention, and give me an extra boost to keep studying. Very great when paired with some l-theanine and tigers milk by ND. A bit pricier than the rest of lions mane supplements- but quality of the mushrooms justifies it.
