Ant invasion is finally over. Over the summer the house was flooded with ants. After using this spray, in about 2 days the ants were no where to be seen. Granted any places where we didn't spray the ants came, but nothing a 2nd order didn't fix. Would definitely highly recommend.

And the sprayer is even worse than bad. it just shoots out pudles on any setting. you can't spray this inside with this much liquid coming out at once. never seen such an awful sprayer. very inconvenient bag, difficult to fill. have to shake the bag all the time because the pesticide settles at the bottom. this pesticide does nothing. it's like spraying water. doesn't affect ants at all, just makes them fly all over the place, because again, the sprayer is so bad. And because of how it sprays all the liquid out, it's not enough even for a 500 ft perimeter. absolutely no way! and it says to spray at the base of the wall and then a foot away from the wall, meaning two passes. no way! not enough even for one pass. this is an absolute scam. you basically pay sixty dollars for your own water. because it's like sprayer plain water, no effect. in the instruction it says to interchange pesticides throughout the applications for maximum protection. what?! didn't they advertise that pestie is all you'll ever need?! this is an absolute scam. and a very cheaply-made scam. at least provide a decent sprayer. but no, they made it so all liquid comes out fast and you'll need to buy more. i bought more, but I'm sending an unopened box back, because it does absolutely nothing. pestie is a scam.

I used to subscribe to them, but no longer since I want to be able to use it as often as I need to. I have a nasty neighbor with dog poop all in her yard and the flies come from there. For all those complaining that it doesn't come with a bag/sprayer unit, LEARN TO READ! The description clearly states this is a REFILL only! Goodness, people are just so lazy nowadays! This does what it says it will do and since I have pets, I want to make sure they are safe around this. I spray late in the day after letting the dogs out for their last potty break. It dries overnight and works fabulously. I also spray inside my garage, around the perimeter of my house and our fence. I spray the entire downstairs of a 2,000 square foot home, and have plenty of product with the one refill. I think the price is a bit steep for a refill, and would recommend it to my friends if it weren't so costly. In Texas we have water bugs the size of birds - everything is bigger in Texas, right! So, this does the trick because we detest those bugs that come out when the rains start, and it's been pouring here lately. Just remember to spray this when you know there is no rain in the forecast for at least 48 hours to be on the safe side or you will need to reapply.

Now it could have been my fault. I bought this back in May but didn't get around to actually using it until late June. I don't know the shelf life but whatever happened, it didn't seem to do much. Now I have used this brand before and it worked then but I was in a different state across the country with different pests to deal with. This time at my new house (old home) I used it and even a week after was still getting the same bugs coming in from the basement. I sprayed the entire exterior as directed and even had enough to do a light run around the inside of the unfinished basement as well. Small roaches, some weird tiny unidentified beetles coming up into the bathroom. Spiders, I ended up resorting to boric acid to deal with the roaches and that's mostly worked though even that wasn't 100%. Like I said, Its worked previously so maybe I screwed up by waiting so long or maybe I did something else wrong. I am not knocking a star off for any of that. What I do have to knock a star off for is the lack of refills. What's the point of a rechargeable wand if you only ever use it once and and end up with another one each time you want to order? I thought ok, maybe it's just not on Amazon, so I went to the actual website and you can either buy a full kit or you can setup a recurring subscription plan. I assume the sub will have refills and not send a full kit each time? no clue.
