Works great. Often loan it to others hikers when they see how easily I inflate my sleeping pad.

I bought this for motorcycle camping, on special for $15. I got tired of using my mattress' built in hand pump to inflate it - very tedious and takes 6+ minutes (including breaks to catch my breath). This pump inflated my pillow in about 3 seconds, and inflated my 4" thick mattress in under 90 seconds. I have not tested to know how many times before needing a recharge but does not matter to me because I can always plug it into my USB charger in my front trunk of my Honda NC750X while riding. And its built in light will replace my tent light that is twice its size. It's not heavy so probably a good pick for backpackers.

Let me get to the chase before I comment on the functions of the pump. The description is in correct on the weight of the unit. Not that I'm counting grams, but some of us ultra light backpackers do LOL. This pump weights 3.6 ounces and not 2.8 ounces, and that is without any attachment to match your inflatable sleeping mat. If .9 ounces breaks your carry weight, then this pump is not for you. The pump works just fine. Has a charge light inside that turns green I guess, because it is inside behind the orange case, and a red light to indicate it is charging. You have to double click to activate the pump, and single long press to activate the light. Press the button again to increase the light output. You have three light output options, and it goes from low to high. You cannot turn the light off until you press thru all of the light options. I don't like that. If you using as a lantern in your tent and you want to find something at night, you will get blinded before you turn it off again. Aside from this, the pump works well and is a cheap option for backpackers. Can't comment of durability yet, so I will update if I encounter more issues within a year.

No longer being left breathless trying to blow up Floats or to deflate them Works amazing also comes in handy is a light if needed has all sorts of attachments depending on what you were trying to inflate or deflate I have gotten a lot of compliments on it when I see people at the lake or the beach struggling with blowing up their items I have let them use it we can typically do four full size floats, and deflates them as well I still have not run out of juice it also comes with a charger and charges fairly quickly and it lasts quite a while there isn't really much noise when using it I also love how compact it is definitely a great deal for the money

Used it twice to inflate a 25”x72” inch mattress before it stopped holding a battery charge. Never dropped it. Never even took it outside.
