The product is true to size for me. The look is classy but the shoe is comfortable. I forget I have them on they are so comfortable. The ankle strap is a little loose on the ankle. The reason is it has to be stretchy enough for your foot to get thru it. Yes you have to put your foot thru the strap in order to get the shoe on. Once the shoe is on the strap is slightly loose and moves when you walk. It does not bother me - would rather it be loose than tight. My only complaint would is the zipper. There is a zipper in the back of the shoe. That zipper is fragile. I could see it tearing if one is not careful when putting on and removing the shoe.

Very cute and comfortable. Fit perfectly on me but if you have thick ankles, the ankle straps will fit tightly due to them being so small.

These are cute shoes! If you have a small ankle like I do, the upper straps will be loose. I normally wear 7 1/2. When I received my first order of 7 1/2, there was a lot of toe room. I ordered the 7 and the fit is perfect, not tight and not small with a little room to still wiggle my toes, lol! The insole is good for NO socks if you're wondering. I can't really explain what it's made of but it's super comfortable without socks.

I wear a size 9 and I bought a size 9. They fit me perfect in length and width and to step into them is like stepping into heaven. Cushioned and with a little bit of arch support. I don't think you could add arch support or any other insoles. You may not need to. They feel like wearing a sneaker but without the bulkiness. I love these shoes. I plan on wearing them often and for a long time. Love skechers.

I just received my shoes and they fit perfectly. I wear a size 8 with sketchers. They are so comfortable and hold onto your feet. They are not too big and not too small. I got the mauve color and black. They do stretch to your foot which I love. I absolutely adore them and can’t wait to put them for use anytime I can.

Beautiful design and made. It’s just a bit tight on the entrance especially when the zipper is closed. I like the color very much. I wish the sole has darker color

I ordered these to wear to Zumba class...I *hate* "normal" sneakers. They're just soooo ugly.I wanted something that was unique. And CUTE. And, God willing, comfortable, although that was a lower priority, TBH.OMG, they TOTALLY deliver, 10X over, on all fronts. The cutest comfortablest sneaks in the known Universe!

Chose these after healing a broken ankle and couldn't be happier. I spent a whole weekend at a festival with these and came home feeling wonderful.I have really tiny ankles so the straps are rather loose though. An adjustable strap would have been way better to accommodate more diverse bodies. Also, the zipper is really crappy quality for some reason.
