60 cms red & white version.Good product as described, well package & clean when unpacked.Currently using 2 of these; one under neck & shoulders, & another under hips & lower back, then rocking to & fro as on a balance board to reduce muscle tension from standing for long periods, or after sitting for long periods at a desk or the computer.Great relief, especially before bed if one has got a muscle tension pain in the back or neck, or after bed if you have slept awkwardly.Smoothes out tangled muscle fibres in the back simply by rolling with own body weight, & reduces risk of tension setting in or causing longer term agitation.Set at a slight angle they can really get under the shoulder blades & ease tension in the subscapularis muscle for those whose jobs may include keeping arms in the same position for long periods e.g. drivers, console operators.
