Setup and installation was good, fast delivery, customer support has been prompt and willing (thanks!). Images seem fine, I like the remote pan and tilt and auto tracking (lots to configure), manuals are always tough to share knowledge and may benefit with examples, I've done my share of tech writing and it's always tough). Color night views required secondary light or camera lights always on, I don't know yet how to set them to switch on the lights only when triggered.All in all, I like the system and support.

Installing this security camera was incredibly easy. Everything was up and running within minutes. It took me longer to decide where to place the cameras. In my case, we installed them on the four corners of my house to monitor weather conditions while I'm away.Moving the cameras around on the box or through the app is fantastic. You can easily record with either option, and playback for anything you missed is just a click away.

I'm an installer, it 's easy to set up, I’ve purchased Hiseeu camera systems multiple times for my clients, and I’m consistently impressed with the quality and performance of their wired security systems.The system can accurately detect people and vehicles,I also appreciate the ability to customize the motion detection zones. the two-way audio function works well, my clients can real-time communicate through the free phone app Guard Live, cameras are color night vision,the image remains clear and detailed in low light. I’ll definitely continue recommending and using them for future installations. Highly recommended!

I truely love the quality Of this cameras. They look so clear. Checking them on my phones are also really easy to see and easy to monitor them. I can also zoom in more and than actually see more than expected. I actually love the outcome of the functionality of this cameras. I do recommend them.

Writing this review as I'm setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I'm not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it's not quite there. I have one camera that doesn't want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced.Update 11.14.2024I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time.Update 3.12.25Still same issues Cameras turn on and off, I have all 6 cameras on but right now only 4 are showing up on the app. And when I log right into the box shows the same only 4 cameras. But when I walk outside in front of the cameras I can see that they are on and moving (I have Tracking on) so I don't know what the issue is. But still no support, they don't reach out. What crappy customer service.

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews.When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras.First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are.The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

I recommend this system based on my experience. It's easy to use, and the manufacturer's support is very attentive and does everything possible to resolve the issue. The image and default storage capacity are more than sufficient, and it also offers the best price on the market, which is very affordable.

I was looking to replace an older security camera system, and was interested in this multi camera wired system. The cameras recognize people and vehicles, and follow them while in the set camera range.This system was simple to install, easy to set up each camera and captures amazingly clear and crisp video clips. Setting up and connecting the app is easy, great way to have access to the huge hard drive space this system contains.While going through some of the available adjustments of the screen that you see, I managed to turn the video upside down for one of the cameras, on the app. I wasn’t able to correct it myself, a short email off to support and I received back a detailed response with pictures of what I need to do to correct it.Great product, top notch support.
