The item was missing parts. Why would seller send this damaged? No necklace and mouth piece broken

Very cheaply made. Not the quality of an Elf on the shelf. Half the size. Can't really pose him. Love the nostalgic quality however. Just funny. Just expected more quality.

I did not expect it to be perfect, but at least they could have cut the extra threads, not sewed the arms so they are coming out his neck, and most importantly made the leg length match! You get what you pay for, for sure!!

Just buy it! Snoop arrived earlier than expected. The head is ceramic. The braids have little bells on them. My kitty thought it was a toy for him as they do jingle. The hands are not attached. It does not have wire in the body, feet and hands for posing. He came with the chain, as pictured. I took off a star because the paint job on the face looks rushed and sloppy. Can't tell from a far. If you zoom, you can see what I mean. Other than that awesome purchase.
