Your elbows and shoulders will thank you!
These are very comfortable and super grippy. It is an excellent design that does not feel too big or too small to grip. The handles are extremely simple to hang on any pull-up bar in a few seconds. They instantly eliminated the elbow and shoulder problems that I had with the lowest part (dead hang) of chin-ups as my hands can pronate on the bottom of the hang. Your hands will naturally go from pronated to supinated as you pull yourself up. You instantly feel more comfortable, and you will have a little more strength and range of motion since you will be able to grind through the chin-up part while still being able to go to a complete dead hang in the pronated (pull-up) position. This is what I had hoped for. You get the best both worlds, pull-ups and chin-ups in one smooth motion. My elbows and shoulders feel much better(Note: I will need to get a higher pull-up bar since the handles hang down a few inches. A tall person will need a high pull-up bar to use any kind of handles like these.)I am very happy with these. They come with a three year warranty and little bag to carry them in.

Alleviates Pain In Forearms While Building Strength When Doing Pull-ups
I work out on a daily basis, and pull-ups have become a core part of my training routine over the past eight months. Over that time, though, I developed pain in my right elbow consistent with golfer’s elbow, likely from the repetitive strain of traditional fixed-grip pull-ups. Yet I would do pull-up’s anyway, subsequently going day in and out with discomfort when shaking someone hand, sleeping, or even lifting objects.I recently unboxed the Double Circle Pull Up Handles and immediately noticed the difference. I was skeptical that changing my grip using handles would alleviate discomfort when doing pull-ups but was thrilled with the relief. The natural, free-moving design allows for a more ergonomic range of motion, significantly reducing the stress on my elbow and forearm, and I am convinced that after all my research into how to relieve this pain, this product is the right choice.I’m looking forward to incorporating these handles into my regular workouts and continuing to build strength without compromising joint, elbow and arm health. Highly recommended for anyone battling similar issues or looking to train without potential injury.

Simplify with pull up rings.
I use it for neutral grip. Needs little space and ground clearance! Wood handles feel nice to grip.

Simple, convenient gym handles
Pros: Like the easy set up and how they can be used for various activities in my “home gym” such as neutral pull-ups, rows, etc. The wood allows for friction so there’s less slipping. Nice size.Possible cons: I am a little concerned that the straps go through a hole in the wood handle and worry that it could compromise the integrity of the handles. Also a little iffy about the sewing in the straps and feel doubtful that it could support more than a few hundred pounds. I’m light so I don’t think it will be a problem, so I guess time will tell. They included some sandpaper and the handles were a little rough with a few splinters at unboxing, so be prepared to do some quick sanding before use.Overall: a nice effective and versatile product at an affordable price. Happy with them so far!

Good for skill, strength, joints
These are excellent pull up handles. I usually like to use gymnastics rings because they are kinder to your wrists and elbows, and they also are tougher and build a lot of other muscle stability and technique. These are quick to get on and off a bar of various sizes. I sanded them slightly so that the wood would be a little smoother, but they have a great feeling grip.If I had suggestions for upgrade, they would be one. Make the diameter of the handle thicker such as 1.25 inches., and two. Make the opening slightly larger. If you like pull-ups and calisthenics work and want to improve your strength and skills, these are a great addition to your fitness program

Joint Friendly
I’m unsure if these will truly bear the 2k+ weight limit advertised, but I’ll never use them heavy enough to find out. I’m enjoying these handles for chin ups. Slightly more difficult after using solid bars for years, but my shoulders and elbows needed a break and this definitely seems to be kind to them. Allowing a more natural rotation during pull ups is a nice change of pace.

Very well made
Bought these for exercise to use with a straight mounted pull up bar. They are sturdy and made of machined plywood, so stronger than solid wood by weight and thickness. I like the flat grip on these better than a full ring grip.
