This pasta maker does the job really well, its well made and sturdy. Ease of use 4 stars because the handle is not a tight fit and is easily dislodged in use. 4 star for cleaning because it does not break down easily and therefore is fiddly to clean. Follow the 1st use cleaning instructions to the letter, we used flour & water for the first use as it is just for initial cleaning, saved on expensive ingredients. Plus we tried all the different attachments at the same time before using the real pasta mixture. You need to keep the mixture very dry to avoid sticking. If you do get sticking we added flour to the mixture and some to the rollers which had the effect of helping any stuck mixture to release easily. However, overall the machine especially with all the accessories is an absolute bargain. it should give years of service as it is so well made. Please note that you must handle with care as the cutters are very sharp and there are sharp metal cutters that are easily caught whilst cleaning. Just be careful as they have to be sharp to work the best. I can recommend this product.

Ok it’s not the highest quality pasta machine but for the price and the extras you get it’s a real good starter to see if you’re into pasta making. We used the spaghetti attachment and will be trying out the ravioli attachment soon. Recommend cranking the rollers slowly and not too fast.

Good quality, exactly what I need and expected from the pictures, also arrived on time, Only thing was could have done with better instructions, but I worked it out and I'm still a happy customer.
