Can you use this body with different sarasa inks? For example can you use this body with a sarasa clip refill?

Yes. All Sarasa gel refills (with exception of their smaller multi pen refills) will fit. I have used both Sarasa push Clip and Pentel Energel refills in my Sarasa grand

Can this pen write well on glossy paper?

It's a gel pen, and equivalent to other similar pens when writing on various paper types (ie. pilot g2). I haven't tried on glossy paper, but I imagine it would smear unless allowed to dry completely. It does not perform very well on glossy birthday cards.

Is it nontoxic ink? I usually do not keep written paper, I would like to eventually composts.

Anything is toxic, including water, at high enough levels. There is no indication that there is anything specifically toxic in their ink.

In the selection for style, you have the option for gel pen or gel ink pen, what is the difference between the two?

They are just describing the pen in two ways Sarasa Grand pens do contain gel ink . They also can be refilled. I use the JK gel refill. Gel ink and ball point pen ink are two different kinds of ink.
